 IAESTE organises an exchange scheme for university students reading for degrees in science and technology. The exchange programme involves gaining practical experience by working for a company in a foreign country. As a Maltese employer you can offer a job within your company for a
foreign IAESTE trainee according to your requirements. Since the
exchange scheme works on a one to one basis, for each job offer for a
Maltese company, one Maltese student gets an opportunity for a
traineeship abroad. All the employer has to do is identify his requirements so that IAESTE will find a trainee to match. The employer then verifies that the student nominated fits the job. We encourage employing companies to prepare suitable programmes for IAESTE trainees. This may involve a short term project or work in a team on a larger project.
