The Exchange involves gaining practical experience by working for a company in a foreign country, while also experiencing a foreign culture. The Exchange programme is carried out on a one to one basis. For each job offer by a Maltese company, one Maltese student has the opportunity of gaining practical experience abroad.
Students following Engineering, Architecture, IT, Science and Pharmacy full time courses at the University of Malta may apply for a traineeship.
IAESTE Malta and S-Cubed are proud to present the Careers Week for Technical Students ! If you're a Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, IT or Architecture student then you should attend this event, since it's bound to provide you with exposure to the numerous opportunities that are available once you've finished your course.
Throughout the week we'll be organizing a number of talks by individuals and government entities along with site visits to various companies, but that's only part of it!
One of the key events (both of which you don't want to miss out on) are the Company Contact Event on Wednesday, during which company representatives will set up stands in the KSU Common Room so as to answer your queries and provide you with an insight into their business and place of work.
The second event is the IAESTE Malta Wine Night, which not only gives you the chance to network and meet potential future employers over a glass of wine, but obtain a better idea of what you can do with your future once you've graduated, since the opportunities available are quite numerous !
